Starter Woning offers purchase support in three different ways:

1. Offers that are not yet on Funda: You will receive a message from us as soon as new offers become available, so that you can act quickly and plan a viewing.

2. Existing offer: We support you in finding and purchasing properties that are already on the internet.

3. Exclusive offer via Starter Woning: Our purchasing agents set out an exclusive search that perfectly matches your housing preferences. This concerns homes that are not placed online and that we actively approach for you to purchase.

A combination of these methods is of course also possible!

Starter Woning offers an exclusive offer in the Breda & Etten-Leur region. This exclusive offer will not be available online, allowing us to optimally support starters in this region. We offer purchasing assistance throughout the Netherlands for existing homes. Our specialisation in Breda & Etten-Leur enables us to best help starters here in their search for an ideal starter home.

Starter Woning uses a fixed rate of €2,249 including VAT for purchasing assistance with existing offers and offers that cannot yet be found on Funda.

For starters who purchase a home through our exclusive offer, a special rate of 2% of the purchase price of the home excluding VAT applies.

These costs are only paid when the house passes the notary and you receive the keys.
